VISTA DEL PARAISO VILLAS   Exquisite view of the Pacific Ocean; Very Quiet

 The house is newly redecorated with new stainless steel refrigerator (side by side with ice maker and water), 3 new mattresses, two new ac’s, new sheets, new paint, new furniture, new pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, and new decorations to fit you need for a beautiful vacation home. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large attached covered patio with pool table, 3 entrances, SKY TV in 2 areas, a large kitchen equipped with all of the gadgets you will need.  The living dining areas have a small stereo, and books for your enjoyment.  All bedrooms have king size beds.  There is a queen size sleeper sofa and 2 individual sleeper sofas in the living/dining areas. The main patio connected to the house has a bar.  Behind the bar is a small sink and the washer/dryer combo. Telephone / Internet: There is telephone connection, but you need a local telephone card to make international phone calls.  You may make as many local calls as you like (anywhere in Costa Rica).   The internet is wireless, but only reaches in the main house and in the large patio connected to the house.  On a good connection day it will reach to the bar by the pool. The large cabina has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with the following:  a queen bed, double sleeper sofa, small refrigerator, SKY TV, books, balcony with a view, private bathroom. The small cabina has a double bed, small balcony and private bath. Every bedroom, with the exception of the loft in the main house, has AC and fans.  The loft in the main house is only equipped with a fan.   

The outside patio with the view, included the large bar, refrigerator for bar and a large ice machine.  The large ice machine is for use only for large catered parties.  Please use the ice machine connected to the house refrigerator.  Fee for ice machine connection

    POOL

There is a large pool (8 ½ feet deep at one end and a beach style entrance; 35,000  gallons) and a baby pool, but it is not chlorinated.
