Even the joints of the railings surrounding the second floor and those of the natural columns on the terrace are wrapped in “Bejuco” vines. 

Afternoon Bar BQ’s or evening dinner parties are a breeze on the open terrace. From the cocktail areas and the outdoor Viking "kitchen", to the large 12 person handcrafted table, this sort of entertaining could not be easier. The built-in 4 case wine cooler and separate ice maker only enhance the ease and convenience. You can always just relax and enjoy your company while lounging in the hammock and watching the surf! This private luxury estate also includes a separate building that houses a garage, an apartment & a large bodega.
